These terms cover use of the Misantio Web Studio portfolio website, project previews, case studies, live links, and inquiry tools.
Website content
The portfolio, project descriptions, interface concepts, and other materials are provided for general information and demonstration. Project examples may change as products and client work evolve.
Project previews and status labels
Project pages may include live builds, prototypes, concepts, work in development, case studies, or editorial summary cards. Status labels are provided to distinguish these states. An editorial summary card is not presented as a screenshot of a finished product.
Project inquiries
Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligation for either party. A project begins only after the parties agree to the applicable proposal, scope, payment terms, and other project-specific conditions.
Third-party services
This website may link to or preview services hosted by third parties. Misantio Web Studio does not control the availability, security, policies, or content of those external services.
Intellectual property
The Misantio Web Studio identity, portfolio presentation, and original site materials may not be copied or presented as another business's work without permission. Client and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
The website may be updated, interrupted, or changed without notice. Reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate, but no guarantee is made that every page, preview, prototype, or external link will always be complete or available.
